    Task Completion
    • Completed Omega Financial setup for each new associate member.
    • Ensure that each new member completes the 4-step electronic Membership Application on OmegaFi.
    • Schedule study hours and brotherhood meals for the same time each week.
    • Provide new members with a roster of the chapter and have them create their own roster.
     

    Learning Objectives
    1. Associate members will understand the time and financial requirements of Fraternity membership.

    2. Associate members will understand the expectations of them as associate members.

    3. Associate members will have a basic knowledge of the Path of Principles program, Omega Financial system, and the Risk Management policy.

    Welcome to your first week of the Associate Member program for Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity!
    This week will cover a variety of topics that relate to the Fraternity and your personal success. A great deal of information about your time as an Associate Member is contained in the Path of Principles Member Record and Manual. Feel free to ask your Fraternal Educator questions about the program at anytime.

    1. Associate members will understand the meaning of the Principle of Integirty and the Principle of Excellence.

    2. Associate members will have a basic understanding of the Chapter Management Program including the role of each officer.

    3. Associate members will understand the purpose of Ritual.

    "The Value of Brotherhood"

    In your second week of the Path of Principles program we will continue to learn about the ideals of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, and will begin to take an in depth look at some of our Principles. You will also learn about our Chapter Management Plan, which serves as a guideline both for the Fraternity as a whole and for your Associate Member class.

    In your fourth week of the program we will continue to learn about the principles of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. Make sure that your personal values align with the Fraternity's values and principles.
