    Welcome to your first week of the associate member program for Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity!
    This week will cover a variety of topics that relate to the Fraternity and your personal success. A great deal of information about your time as an associate member is contained in the Path of Principles Member Record and Manual. Feel free to ask your Fraternal Educator questions about the program at anytime.

  • Week Two - "The Value of Brotherhood"

    In your second week of the Path of Principles program we will continue to learn about the ideals of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, and will begin to take a more in depth look at some of our Principles. You will also learn about our Chapter Management Plan, which serves as a guideline both for the Fraternity as a whole and for your associate class.

  • Week Three - "Our Word is Our Bond"

    In your third week we will continue your education about Sigma Tau Gamma, with an emphasis on the recruitment process. Furthermore, you will be faced with the exciting yet difficult task of selecting your Big Brother within the fraternity.

  • Week Four - "We Hail Thee Brother"

    In your fourth week of the program we will continue to learn about the Principles of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. It is important that this week you take the time to reflect on your experiences in Sigma Tau Gamma thus far. Remember that Sigma Tau Gamma is a lifetime commitment and that initiation into this organization is an important step. Make sure that your personal values align with the Fraternity's values and principles.

  • Week Five - "Building our Brotherhood"

    Welcome initiated Brothers! This week we will continue to learn about the structure of Sigma Tau Gamma and your role within this structure by attending your first chapter meeting. Remember that Sigma Tau Gamma is a lifelong journey and that initiation was only the beginning. This week you will begin to pursue campus involvement and discuss recruitment activities while continuing to strengthen the bond with your Big Brother.

  • Week Six - "Celebrating Brotherhood"

    In your sixth week of the program you will learn more about your individual chapter's plan and goals. It is imperative to understand that each individual member plays an important part in the success of accomplishing these goals. Your active participation at this point will help you on your path to becoming a leader in this organization.

  • Week Seven - "The Meaning of Fraternity"

    This week you will learn about the financial structure of your chapter and also national Sigma Tau Gamma. Remember that paying your bills in a timely manner is necessary for your chapter to operate smoothly and host and participate in the events of its choice.

  • Week Eight - "Bridge Building"

    Your final week of the Path of Principles program will consist of reporting on your experiences over the past three weeks. This week you will receive your membership badge, certificate, and card. Congratulations on your completion of the first eight weeks of the Path of Principles program. Be sure to apply the skills, information, and life lessons that you have learned in each aspect of your life.
